- I can still remember when I was 7 years old and my Polish Grandma came over to show us how to make kolachies and noodles. Flour was everywhere and it was a day of fun. My favorite is dark chocolate cake with vanilla bean frosting. Just the perfect balance of chocolate and sweet cream frosting.
