My favorite cupcakes

Just some of my favorite cupcakes I made this week. Red velvet with cream cheese frosting and red fondant heart is just melt in your mouth. Bridal Shower Cake

This was my first attempt at a bridal shower cake. The cake is covered in fondant with the flowers also made of fondant. It was alot easier than I thought it would be. The bride just loved it.

White Chocolate Mousse Cake

Another birthday celebration with my famous moist white cake layered with white chocolate mousse and frosted with homemade whip cream. Decorations were done in chocolate and malted milk balls.

This was a busy week. I made over 100 of these delious cookies. By far the turkey was the biggest hit. Sweet sugar cookie decorated with festive holiday motifs.

Thanksgiving Chocolate cupcakes

What is better than chocolate and chocolate. Not much. This rich dark chocolate cupcake is topped with a creamy chocolate butter cream frosting and adorned with a chocolate acorn just in time for Thanksgiving.

Birthday Cake Fun

This was my first big birthday cake. They just loved it. White cake with white chocolate mousse filling and whip cream frosting. Decorations were made from fondant.

Bride and Groom Fondant cupcakes

These were so fun to make. Dark chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache then topped with fondant made to look like a Bride and Groom. The happy couple just loved them.

This is one of my favorite cupcakes. A very moist vanilla bean cupcake topped with my favorite french silk frosting. The combination is just perfect. These were decorated with little snowflake sprinkles.

Sports lollipop cookies

Lollipop sport themed cookies are a great addition to any sporting event. These were made for the High School tennis team and the local softball team. Sugar cookie with sweet colored icing.

Halloween is always a fun time to make cookies. You have so many different cookie cutters to choose from. These crisp sugar cookies are on lollipop sticks and decorated in fun holiday colors.

Wedding Cupcakes

These yummy chocolate cupcakes topped with vanilla bean buttercream and embellished with pearls, fondant roses and initials of the bride and groom for a bridal shower. It was a winter wedding, the bridal party in black with red roses as the flowers.

Birthday Cake

This was a birthday cake for my twin sister. One of my best cakes. Rich white cake with four layers filled with white chocolate mousse and frosted with a light whip cream frosting. The cake was decorated with white chocolate shavings and chocolate swirls.

Pumpkin Spice cupcake

This is one of my fall favorite. The Great Pumpkin. It is a pumpkin spice cupcake with a cinnomon cream cheese frosting topped with candy coated sunflower seeds.

Chocolate PB Swirl Cupcake

This cupcake tastes like a peanut butter cup. We call it chocolate pb swirl. It is a luscious chocolate cake with a peanut butter cup in the middle topped with a rich peanut butter frosting, sprinkled with peanuts and a small peanut butter cup.

Little Girl's Birthday Cupcakes
